I'm with the others on this -- if it's 2 separate entries and they've 
paid their entry fees, they get 2 awards.  That said, if we run short I 
might offer something else to soemone who had already gotten the usual 
award.  And I've told a RM not to bother to give me one for a ride when 
I got one for working the day before and she was going to have to order 
more. 
But to me, the competion award is also the reward for helping make sure 
we pay the bills!  so each entry paid deserves one.
