Ah, I suggested the same thing before I read Linda’s post.  When you heat them up in the microwave, put the socks into a circle and they’ll heat evenly.

 

I think we probably re-use ours at least a couple dozen times before they get recycled.

I have done that...but they are either too hot in one place or not enough in another then you have to throw them away after a while because they get gross

Hello all.
I am alternating hot/cold for my back. I am using the ice boot inserts for my horse that I bought at sportack for my back. They are considerably better and  easier to freeze than the icky blue ones I used to buy at the grocery store. It got me thinking...there has to be something better for heat. Any suggestions?? Remember this is for humans.
