In response to:"Ok - basic question (I'm sure everyone knows the 
answer to this but  me!!): Do the reported ride times in the AERC 
results include the hold times or not? Or does this vary by ride 
and manager?"

The reported ride times do not include the hold times.  They are 
the actual ride times.

That said - occasionally a new ride manager will not subtract out 
the hold times from the times reported.  The office usually 
catches this and contacts the ride manager for correction.

Occasionally it's missed so you may see some odd results 
displayed.  If you think there are some ride times that are 
questionable - you should contact the ride manager or the AERC 
office and they will follow up.
