 We are already slaughtering thousands of dogs that nobody wants; the 
difference is that some cultures make use of the carcasses but we just throw 
them away.   If hungry people can make use of them and if the handling and 
killing is humane, I wouldn't have a problem with it.  I couldn't eat dog 
meat; but that's a cultural thing, not based on logic.
