Thank you for taking the time to rephrase your comments into questions.

First, all comments and questions will be gathered. Then the staff at Point
Reyes and the Pacific West Regional concessions staff will work together to
answer the questions and determine what if any modifications need to be
made to the prospectus. Next the question and answer list is reviewed by a
Department of the Interior Solicitor. Then the questions and answers will
be released to the public in the same way the prospectus was released.  At
this time I do not know if there will be a public forum in addition to the
question and answer list.

All of this has to take place before the solicitation closes and provide
potential offerors enough time to revise and submit their proposals, if
necessary.

You can read about this business opportunity or recieve a prospectus in the
following ways:  The prospectus announcement is posted on the government
Federal Business Opportunity website at: www.FBO.gov   If you enter
"PORE005" in the search box you should find the announcement. The full
prospectus can be found at the following website:
http://www.concessions.nps.gov/images/webpages/Prospectus/PORE005.cfm

If you would like to order a printed copy of the prospectus, send a check
or money order for $50 ( to cover printing and shipping costs) to our
offices at: 1111 Jackson Street, suite 700,(ATTN: Concessions) Oakland, CA
94607 and a prospectus will be FedEx'd to you. If you would like to pick
one up personally the cost is $40.  The check or money order should be made
out to the National Park Service.

I hope this provides more clarification on the process.
