You're not kidding. Last time I did that ride was 2005 and
it had been so wet they were worried about some of the
creek crossings. This year, much of Big Meadow was dry
and crispy (compared to the boggy lush green expanse
we'd crossed in 2005)  and totally different.

I'm glad everyone is enjoying it. Next time, hopefully, I'll
be able to keep the camera on high-resolution. Many
buttons get pushed while hauling the camera in and
out of the pommel bag, and trying to figure out what I
pushed to get it on "that setting" while trotting was tricky.

You going to Bryce and gonna make a video too??

Sorry, no. No plans for Bryce.

Possibly Tejon Fandango if everything works out.

Was the camera on your helmet?

No, I was holding it, and riding one-handed, which is why
you're never going to see the start of any of my rides <g>.

Roo's a good boy and can mostly be ridden one handed
when necessary - although I had to do some interesting
use of teeth to get my reins shorter when we rode last
weekend and he decided it was time to canter. :)
