[RC] Scribners Mill 25 CTR - Janice HatchMark your calender for Sat. Sept 8. for the fifth year of the Scribners Mill 25 in Harrison, Maine. Scribners Mill is a historic mill site on the Crooked River, which offers great fly fishing opportunities. Enjoy a tour of the mill restoration site and the 1820 museum mill house while you are here. Great time of year for a fall ride! The trails consist of dirt roads, woods trails, ATV trails, powerline,Hancock lumber land, and two river crossings. All excellent footing with very little rocks. We offer a Fri. night meet & greet with a sandwich buffet, Coffee & breakfast fixings (granola/fruit/yogurt, cold cereals, oatmeal, muffins), trail snacks at the hold, and a pig roast with Gene's baked beans, salads, rolls, corn bread, and pies for dessert.
