[RC] Free Lease Care Question - edna leigh libby

In Maine the property owner where the horse resides is
liable for any damage a horse may cause or for anyone
who gets hurt by the horse during riding, handling,
feeding a carot over the fence, etc. I have liability
insurance that covers horses I lease. I have a pretty
neat contract I use. I don't have access to it till
monday (changed PCs and files are at work). I could
send it to you then if I have your contact. You should
research the details of the laws in your state to be
safe. another important issue is to Define how much $
each party will be willing to spend on vet bills in an emergency.
