I agree with Angie and Jeanne other Morgan-enthusiasts.
 
Morgan horses are actually originally from a cross of an English Thoroughbred (Sire) and believed to be an Arabian (Wildair horse, dam).  This produced Figure....or the Justin Morgan horse.  They are known for their endurance else why would the Vermont Calvary and several other northeast and eastern Calvary regiments use them exclusively during the Civil War.  <
