[RC] Large Animal Emergency Response Training - Jim Holland

This is the best, useful, and most informative courses I have ever attended
and should be attended by as many First Responder organizations as
possible.? I highly recommend it.

Large Animal Emergency Response Training Courses Offered in August

Hagyard Equine Medical Institute will once again offer an extensive
three-day training course on August 20-22, and August 24-26, at the Kentucky
Horse Park in Lexington, Ky. 
This training is designed to educate first responders such as firefighters,
police and other rescue personnel, veterinarians and individual horse
Drs. Rebecca and Tomas Gimenez will instruct and provide hands-on training
of rescue and transport of a recumbent horse, containment of large animals,
mud and water rescue, trailer accidents, and night search and rescue. The
cost of this course is $335 and includes lunch for all three days. Limited
space is available, and pre-registration is required.
