RE: [RC] [RC] Tevis saddles - Ranelle Rubin

Cindy,

Jeremy and Heather both ride in Freeform Saddles, Hall and Ann Hal both ride in Podiums. Not sure about the rest.

I ride in a Freeform normally, but due to the length of my horse's shoulder, ended up in a new saddle soon to be on the market. I love it! It is treeless and sort of a cross between a Freeform and a Barefoot Cheyenne. We only made it 50 miles due to a lame pull, but his back was all A's..even with all the downhill.

It is named after Wendell Robie's stallion, "Bandos".

Watch for this innovative saddle in the future. I will use my Freeform on my new horse, another DR Thunder Bask son, and the Bandos (when I can get one) on Fellow.

I know many of the saddle distributors/makers were at Tevis and really support their riders. Wondering what saddles were used by the top 20 finishers. Or any other saddle stats. I know some of you detail folks out there know all this stuff. Would be fun to ponder...
