[RC] sore thighs - Lucy Trumbull

What does it mean when the front of your upper legs (thighs) hurt like heck after a 100 mile ride? Does this mean we are riding more correctly? If so, then Ron Chapman and I must be ready for the US Equestrian Dressge team or something. As bad as our legs hurt today, we must be ready for the Olympics.

:))

How much downhill running did you do? If lots, that's probably
where you got the tight quads from - you should see the WS100
runners towards the end of the race - you look like a spring
chicken by comparison.
