Re: [RC] Endurance events test new ideas - D'Arcy Demianoff-Thompson

You are sick and I am confused (as usual). I would
think that any public address of any situation that
brings attention too or raises the publics
consciencousness - is a good thing! Now, with that
said, let me further state...I agree not all
involvement by regulatory committees is a good thing.
However, I do believe involvement vs non involvement
only helps to bring attention to the issues.

As in any governing body and decision making criteria
it will only be as good as the number of members that
voice their opinion, as Angie has, and take a stand
for what they believe in. Therefore, Angie, why are
you not on a governing agency committee that is in the
decision making process to set policy and procedure?
If you are, which one are you on?

As I hunt and peck my way through all of the
bureaucracy of the Endurance World - I have found one
constantant! Horse people are passionate in what they
believe in. That, in itself, ia a good thing! Maybe,
my problem is that I am always trying to find a
'silver lining' at the end of a rainbow. Because I
don't believe in gold (prices are too unstable)! :)
