[RC] Ariston water heaters - Terry Banister

Hi everyone,
Awhile ago there was a thread on hot water for barns, and the "Hott Wash" was suggested. However, when I was searching small water heaters for my office, I noticed that the "Ariston" looks exactly like the Hott Wash, which is advertised in so many equestrian publications for $300 or more. The only difference I could see was that the 4-gal. ARISTON COST LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of the 4-gal Hott Wash!

I used to have a 2.5-gal Hott Wash, and it ran out of hot water before I was finished bathing the horse, but I think the 4-gal size would be adequate and not as heavy as the 6-gal. size. Does anyone have any other experience with either of these?

Terry
