My mistake, my bill is $49.95/month, not $60, as I said before. I do have the basic package...started there with the idea that if I wasn't happy with the speed, I would upgrade. Haven't upgraded yet. I haven't had any "throttling back" at all.

We have WildBlue as well.  Love it.... it runs us
about $49.00 a month.  We probably have the basic
package whereas Barbara might have the next package up
for larger upload and download packets.  We do get
throttled back a bit with the fair use policy.  But it
is nothing compared to the dial up speed fiasco.
