This mare is very talented gait-wise, and depending on speed, my seat position, and my hand position will do a runwalk, fox trot, fox rack, saddle rack, or step pace. When pushed for speed, she does a nice, smooth trot and has a "to die for" canter. Her resting pulse is 35 and she pulses down fast. I think it is the best of both worlds!!
