[RC] Gaited 1/2 Arabs - Jody Rogers-ButtramHello RC, Someone told me that a gaited horse gets it's "gait" from the mother. I know of some 1/2 arabs that gaited very well. But they were out of gaited mares. Does anyone know how true this rumor is? Could an arab mare have a gaited offspring? Jody PS. Cash Pony I believe would gait if trained that way...but his mother was the TWH.
