What's USEF got to do with my comment?  I wasn't poking the USEF anti- 
hill!

it's an AERC issue - one which excludes entrants at an event for no  
(IMO) good reason.  The reason given to me was just what I said it  
was ... My comment is that AERC refuses to allow an open division at  
the event JUST for the reason I mentioned (in the context that the  
French do not have such an insecurity).
