RE: [RC] [RC] Quivering horse - Susan Cushing

Does a horse quivering, after a moderately hard ride, on a fairly warm
day, point to any specific problem?

I have a friend that has a horse with Equine Motor Neuron Disease that the major sign was quivering. I doubt very much that this is your problem, but one never knows. The horse was more lethargic and lost weight quickly. Unfortunately for the owner the horse has many issues so the diagnosis had to wait till the quivering. This is a rare disease and they believe it is from a vitamin E deficiency.
