Coolie Collars- neck tubes with  a small amount of
silica gel that you soak in cool water until it
expands then tie it around your neck.  They work well
in low humidity not so well down south I have tried
them both ways.  Freedom Rider an internet source for
adaptive riding stuff has vests made in the sameway
for riders who have more critical cooling
requirements- crafts stores havethe gel stuff I bet
you could get creative and D and B Supply our local
countryfied walmart alternative has them on sale for
3.99 (the collars not a vest.
