Well.........there is Hawaii, but it would take a lot of fossil fuel to ship 
sugar cane to the main 48 states for refining.  Unless there was a refinery 
on the Hawaiian Is.  Can you just imagine the outrage over having an ethanol 
refinery somewhere on the "Islands?"

P.S. Lud and I were just discussing yesterday, the three most commonly used 
words nowadays seem to be "worried", "concerned," and "outraged."  So many 
newspaper articles use these words related to something someone wants to do 
or build, or in relation to conducting business.
