Re: [RC] How tree hugging hurts the environment - Angie Fura

Forests are supposed to periodically burn.  Its part of their life cycle.  Yes, its inconvenient but I guess nature didn't plan for subdivisions and urban sprawl when it designed that system.

Subject: [RC] How tree hugging hurts the environment

Are any of you watching the Tahoe fire? This is a perfect example of ruining the forest  most likely due to tree-hugging pseudo-environmentalists who refused to allow clearing or removal of dead and diseased trees or even pine needles, as well as a water agency  (had to be run by pseudo-environmentalists) that claimed footprints in the forest would ruin water quality and therefore no one could go in & do removal necessary for the health of the forest.
