could be made against other users of the phrase in connection
with horse activities.


While it may be a legitimate legal complaint (this assumes that other
horse activities have not been using it all along as well), it would be
damned foolish for the AERC to pursue such a complaint legally as doing
so would just generate ill will among CTR riders who are possible
recruits.

Far better to think of it as free advertising.
