Check out the Trail Rider Ultra® and Inspirit jeans on this site: http://aretesaddlery.com/tack/index.php?act=viewCat&catId=13 If I remember correctly, my Boinks don't have inner seams, and the full seat is sewn on top of the tights, so there's no chaffing suede against your skin. Check with Tropical Rider and Equissentials too. I know Tropical Riders makes a tight with equisuede seat and I don't think theirs has inner seams.
