Teri,

I hear that, and it is likely true. Like all the conformation theories, there are tradeoffs. I like to say Fellow is a double-wide refrigerator! I do have to watch his respirations in heat. This is the first year he will really compete in heat, but has been training in it and seems to do fine..lots of water...he drinks very well, so I am thankful for that.

I have read in one of the earlier endurance books that a refrigerator type
butt (flat on both sides) has a much better cooling system than a round
butt.  Is that still true today?
