RE: [RC] Old Dominion!! - paulCome on down , the weather is fine. Mid 70's today, nice breeeze. I asked if i could go ahead and ride it today instead of waiting until Saturday:) They said no:(... I thought if I started today, maybe I could finish before Friday.. They still said no:(... By the way Angie, cell phone reception for Bill to call out is a snap. You just head out of camp back towards Edinburg. About 3 miles back down the mountain, there is a sharp curve.. Stop there and lean over the edge.. Watch out for cars coming up the hill. There is no shoulder. Clear as a bell... Otherwise pretty much of nothing for phone service .... There will be no gnat shortage this year.. Plenty for everybody. You can have a personal swarm for yourself and one for your horse. Yes even your dog/dogs too can have their own swarm of gnats. Bring your bug zappers for day or night time entertainment. I heard the campground owners (nice folks) ordering lots of ice today. Hopefully it will be enough. Gas is $2.89 at most stations around here.. So you can afford to buy more ice. Paul N.
