[RC] Bit rubs - need advice - Tx Trigger

Original message: >>>I found a bit that works with her extremely low palate,
but it still rubs her raw even on a pleasure ride where she's on a loose
rein most of the time, and even with those rubber bit guards.<<<

Remember, bit guards take up space, thus make the fit tighter. I prefer bits
that have very smooth connections between the mouthpiece and rings or
cheeks. Egg butts, or most of the Myler type bits are very smooth. I avoid
bits like loose ring snaffles, or any others where they have any "space" at
the connection that can pinch at the corners of the mouth.
