Any person taking on the responsibility of Ride Steward who was
also a participant/competitor in that same Ride--entry fee courtesy
of the ride management--would be perceived as having the credibility
of a US Congressman voting on a cable re-regulation bill with
$500,000 in contributions from Comcast warming their
campaign warchest.
