Out west there are certification programs where the hay is inspected. I don't know of any such program in FL. Better contact the land manager to see what they mean and where you need to buy the hay. Hopefully they haven't put in a requirement without any way of satisfying it. BTW where is the riding area?

I have never heard of such a thing. Any ideas? I buy my hay (orchard/alfalfa) by the truck load and could probably get my hay guy to send some sort of certification, but I just want to know what the heck "Tropical soda apple free" means.
