[RC] daughter's first wreck.. - SpottedracerYep, my daughter came off a few times when she was a leadliner.. Hasn't since she started 'riding on her own' at the ripe 'ol age of 6 1/2.... For her 8th birthday - grandma is getting her a pink helmet (she's been using one of my student helmets..) and a safety vest...I'm still waiting for her to really bite the dirt - since now she's galloping everywhere and jumping - all bareback... At least I know she'll "come off clean' **grin** Glad your daughter wasn't severely hurt - either in body or spirit! We'll see ya'll at City Slickers! Might be my girl's first 50 - she's doing two AERC LDs this year (along with the 'training LDs') and is already talking 50's.. - LP
