[RC] logbooks--the lazy way - terre

I also keep all my rider cards, and I generate a "record" of each ride (although not as 'intense' as Jim's!). That said...If you ride with a GPS there is a lot of training software that will keep the log for you. Speed per loop, speed relative to elevation, lots of stuff (including how long you were 'stopped', not easy data to come by otherwise). Motionbased will even give you full weather data--heat, humidity, wind, etc...per loop.
