No, but restricting it to live cover prevents the “debates” ala Barbaro as to whether it is humane to keep them going or not.

With AI you can keep breeding from a horse long after it’s dead.   We have more Northern Guests here than we know what to do with and they just keep cropping up.  Personally, I think they’re thick, and don’t like them, but every second bloody horse is a NG.
