[RC] The Price of Gas - heidi larson

Another fuel source will be realized when the government
finds an alternative source for the tax money it now
receives from oil.  In Multnomah County (Oregon-Portland)
they are testing a GPS unit on electric cars/hybrids in
order to possibly tax the MILES you drive, not the fuel it
takes to run the cars.  It's all about taxes!
