[RC] Black Hills Endurance Ride - Kerry Greear

Marlene et al, I think any good-minded horse would love the trails on the Black Hills Ride. There is such a great variety of terrain, lots of open space, some hills but also alot of flat areas. This would not be a tough 30 for a horse who has been ridden regularly this spring if taken at a sensible pace. There is a special beauty in the southern hills with the red canyons and the Cheyenne River breaks. I've never done the 30 miler but the trails are part of the 50 which I have done.

Heck, all of you should come to South Dakota the end of May for THREE days of riding the southern Black Hills!!!!!!! Then you should all come to the northern Black Hills for two days of riding the end of July---Ft. Meade Remount right outside Sturgis. It will be awesome as well.

Kerry
