Stacey,

I personally do not think she is done growing, but even IF she is, she is 
still plenty big enough for you..keep up the great work. My experience is 
Arabs continue to grow until at least age 5, and some even longer. It sounds 
as if she has a wonderful life with you, and is lucky to have you for her 
human!
