to all who answered - thanks for the suggestions!

actiontack.com came through for me on this one. i emailed them yesterday on someone's suggestion and candace email me right away that they think they have the order in stock and they'll call monday to confirm. they called this a.m. all items are in stock and they're shipping it 2nd day delivery.

so thank you for all the suggestions and BIG THANK YOU to action tack:)
