[RC] hooking up a trailer or other practical ideas!! - heidi larson

here's a good one that Paddi from Canadian Tack shared with
me at the AERC convention, so simple, why didn't I think of
it!!!????

My breastcollar attachments have always been a pain in the
@$$ since I have a pommel pack.  Gotta reach up under and
find the dee ring, hands are cold, horse is jigging, can't
get the snap opened, argh!!  Well, Paddi suggested (duh!)
to remove the section that goes from the saddle to the
breastcollar and reverse it so that it stays on your saddle
all the time and then just unhook from the ring on your
breastcollar - way easier as it's out from under the pommel
pack - why oh why didn't I see that one all along?!!!
