[RC] APEX correction & dates - rides2far

Woopsers. Made a little mistake on my description of the presenters.  Ann
Stuart was the team vet for USA endurance in Aachen, not Chef d' Equipe.
She was chef for USA-East (but she can't cook that I know of)  Val was
Chef in Aachen. I don't know if she can cook either. All these technical
terms with international are so confusing!

Just a little teaser for those who are asking about further clinics. This

And, finally, while we are still formulating agendas, you might want  
to reserve and advertise to your friends the dates of the next clinics:
June 30/July 1, likely to have some night riding instruction and  
practice.  August 11/12, likely to be a refined, maybe expanded version
of the  
Spring clinic, potentially including August 8-10.
Jan 19/20, without horses, more academic than practice --  
electrolytes, physiology are potential topics.
