I would be happy to comply with ANY rule that benefited the welfare of the horse. In fact, I would be happy to be "punished, censured and publicly humiliated" as many times as necessary if it would save just ONE horse. I doubt that the horse considers Endurance a ?hobby?. Our country is not a police state, but we do have reasonable laws that protect our citizens. I find your "excuses"....and those of the board lamentable. JMHO...
