News Flash: Management bows to pressure from participants and changes name of AERC's newest 100 mile endurance ride.

Do to overwhelming pressure from the entrants in this ride, ride management agreed to refer to this event in all future dealings as the Cock S***ing, Mother F***er 100.

All AERC members who feel the renaming of this event is in poor taste may refer to it as the Tevis is a Cake Walk 100. Please be advised that all members who do refer to it as the Tevis is a Cake Walk 100 are encouraged NOT to enter this ride because obscene language will appear in your vocabulary whether you like it or not. Completing the ride is not necessary for the language enhancement as can be attested to by both riders and volunteers. Colorful metaphors could be heard being emitted by the entrants shortly after the 5 AM start, and by noon the motion for the name change was presented to management by the entrants leader, Kim Fuess. Entrants encouraged volunteers to refer to the ride using the proposed name change, and by sundown management was swayed by the unrelenting pressure.

This reporter encourages parents of young children to hustle the little tykes out of the room when conversations about this ride come up. This ride is definitely not dinner table appropriate conversation and should be banned from being brought up in polite surroundings. Parents of school age children need not heed this warning because their kids are already using these obscenities (and more) in and around their classrooms every day.

Non-AERC members who are reading this and are offended by its contents can kiss this reporters brAss.
