[RC] shoes for rider - NormanjudyvSometimes the rite socks help. My daughter Johanna swears by shoes that are a little big leaving room for fluffy socks. Wearing socks that are to fat with small shoes that are laced to tight will kill you.Angie,s advice is excellent as always. Some riders post way to high with their heels way to low. It always amazes me that I see so many riders with alot of extra stuff strapped on theirs bodies like chaps, water bottles, camelbacks. It looks very painful, if you,re having pain try to lighten the load, less is better.
