I don't know anything about your dog's particular problem, but you
might want to try some of the TTEAM method on him (Linda Tellington-Jones

I didn't see any Practitioners listed for Arkansas on the website, but
maybe you're close to another state. The dog video would also be a
good start. I've had good luck with horses who have had
neurological/muscular issues related to gait. If I can help you
