I tried easyboots back 5ish years ago (pre-gators) I had to make them so tight to stay on that my horses white hoof got purple bruises on the outside of the hoof wall! I stopped using them. Now I want to keep new horse (5 and still barefoot) barefoot and it seems it may be easier now.
