I have agree. If I could only spend X amount. I would try to help more. But 
there is a limit to the money out there. People are starving in the USA 
also. We need to help to many to try to save them all. I know this sound 
harsh but some times it is better to let some go. If I must work to save 10 
horses.. I'll try my best for all. but would work harder at those  I "know 
could make it, and lead full lives."
