There are two of the same (as far as I can tell).  E-Z Knees is one, and then there is also Stirrup Straight, which can be found at the link below for $18 (free shipping).

My problem I am finding is that the smallest they come in is 2.5 inches.  I would have to get an entirely new setup to be able to use these...

 They are called E-Z Knees. They make them for western and english riders,
  here is the description I got from Cashels website. They are the ones that make them, but they are cheaper at sportack.
 "Stop the fender fight and relieve unnecessary pain in your knees and hips while you ride. E-Z knees change the position of your stirrups to sit perpendicular to your horse. This allows your feet to rest in a more natural position, helping to eliminate pressure from "fender torque". Made of 1/8" hand polished aluminum, they are rust-proof and durable"

hi what are these things called stirrup straights or ez stirrups  , what do you help out with , are they for endurance saddles with the bio thane stirrups leathers ? where can u go to get these ?
