Re: [RC] ride a cashel saddle? - Chris Paus

I ride in a saddle similar to the cashel. It's made of leather and is well padded. It's called  a Littejoe Bareback saddle. I've used it for 3 years in training and just got brave enough to use it for an LD ride this fall.

It was awesome and my horse was very happy.

Subject: [RC] ride a cashel saddle?

Perhaps I missed an earlier discussion, but I'll ask anyway.  Do any of you
ride in the treeless "foam" cashel saddle?  I have a low withered, wide
backed QH that I ride CTR.  I'm having trouble finding a saddle that is
comfortable for HER and am looking for ahy input or insight you might wish
to share.
Thanks,  Julie P
