RE: [RC] chunky. - Sharon LevasseurBoth pictures are my Arab x Rocky Mountain Horse gelding. Yes his tail looks very long and impractical in the second picture, it was wet and he wasn't holding it up like he does when he's moving. ;-) (FTR, his mane was wet too, that's why it was stringy.) This has been really interesting, I've heard back from people privately who asked me if he was a gaited horse of some kind, or a QH, or an Arab, or a Morgan, or what. When they found out his breed, they wondered how he moved because his conformation is different from full Arabs.
