Is Joe's true interest in protecting children or putting himself in a win/win 
situation? I think it is the latter. From here on in, if by chance a child is 
injured on an endurance ride, Joe can always say "I told you so." Joe wins. Joe 
likes that.

Our lives are obstructed by threats of litigation, rules, regulations, limited 
choice, more rules. Parents want and deserve the right to have a choice.
