Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

I downloaded the "EasyCare Ride Managers Program" from the AERC ride managers'
forms webpage, and I'm having trouble with it.  It looks like it would be a
GREAT resource, but most of the time when it starts up it won't give me access
to any other features besides the ride setup section (I think it's that
section... whichever section is step 1).

Is this just a bad installation or is the software fatally flawed??
