I have had over the years many different tasty
tid-bits of delicacy prepared at rides. If the cook book gets going i'll
send some. At the last NAEC on friday nite i served shrimp and a wonderful
sauce with pasta. My favorite is french toast for breakfast using french
bread. Here's a hint on cooking bacon.... turn often and cook evenly
and don't overcook to where its hard.
On the GAHR Smokey Killen loved our buckwheat
pancakes w/ butter and peach preserves rolled into a tortilla for easy
eating going down the trail. Eating is something we all share and enjoy.
